Marcin joined TST in December 2007 as Laboratory Manager. He brings with him extensive experience as a Software Developer and Project Manager / Test Engineer from the Automation and Instrumentation field.

Marcin has vast professional experience within the areas of programming (C, C++, C#, LabView), communication protocols, embedded systems, real time data acquisition, designing and implementing test equipment. His technical writing proficiencies include writing test scripts and procedures, generation of testing documentation, and complex reports. Marcin provides knowledge of software life cycles, integration, design and verification. He also strengthens the team and existing management structure with his team leadership, experience working within quality management controlled environments and validation of technical documentation.

Marcin holds an Engineer degree from Cracow University of Technology in Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Additionally he holds a Diploma in Business Analysis from Australian International College and has received formal training in advance software architectures and successful software development practices.
